CAN'T HURT ME is an autobiographical journey from David Goggins’s difficult childhood to his successful career as a military leader and public speaker. The book details traumas, setbacks, mental disorders, gruesome physical injuries, and interpersonal strife. Goggins’s goal is to use his life story to help others achieve more in their own lives. The book is an inspirational memoir about the author's remarkable journey from a troubled childhood full of poverty and abuse to becoming a successful Navy SEAL, ultramarathoner, and world-record holder in various physical challenges.
